Our workshop is on the High Street in High Littleton, and drivers bring their cars to us from across Somerset, from Bath and Portishead in the north to Taunton and Yeovil in the south, and over the border from Bristol.
Not always. For smaller damage it's often cheaper to pay for the repair yourself and keep your no-claims bonus intact. We'll price the job so you can weigh it up, and if you do decide to claim, we carry out insurance repairs too.
It depends on the damage. A small dent or scratch can be turned round quickly, while accident damage that needs panels replacing and paint curing takes longer. We'll give you a realistic timescale when we price the job.
That's the whole job. The paint is mixed to your car's colour code, then blended into the panels either side so the repaired area doesn't show up as a slightly different shade in daylight.
Yes. Key scratches are repaired panel by panel, so you only pay to put right the panels that were actually damaged.
If a chip has gone through to bare metal, yes. Left alone it lets water in and rust starts creeping under the paint. Sorting it early costs far less than a panel repair later on.
Most kerbed and scuffed alloys can be repaired and refinished. If a wheel is cracked or buckled it isn't safe to refurbish, and we'll tell you straight rather than paint over it.
